サブスクリプションの解約方法

有料プラン（サブスクリプション）の解約・確認は、iOSの設定画面またはApp Storeから行っていただけます。アプリを削除（アンインストール）しても解約にはなりませんのでご注意ください。

【解約手順】

  1. iPhoneの「設定」アプリを開きます。
  2. 画面上部の「自分の名前（Apple ID）」をタップします。
  3. 「サブスクリプション」を選択します。
  4. 解約したいサブスクリプション（当アプリ）を選択します。
  5. 「サブスクリプションをキャンセルする」をタップします。

返品・交換・解約について デジタルコンテンツの性質上、購入完了後のキャンセル・返金には原則として応じられません。サブスクリプションの解約は上記「サブスクリプションの解約方法」に従い、次回更新日までに手続を行ってください。

How to Cancel Subscription

You can manage or cancel your auto-renewable subscription at any time from your iOS device settings. Please note that deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

  3. Tap "Subscriptions".
  4. Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription".
